My Card Number and access key don't work

If your Card Number and Access Key aren't working please make sure that they are typed in correctly with no spaces before or after each one as these will be picked up as characters and the system will not recognise them. 

If this is coming up with a message stating that the key has already been used then please contact your employer and request them to send you another key. The key they have given you has been used by another employee to register their account

If you still can't get it to work despite this not being the case, then contact us at https://safeinstorepass.co.nz/public/home/contact/ with all the information below:

  • Access key
  • Student ID
  • Full name
  • Address
  • Contact number

We will manually register this for you and send through your login details once the account is created. You will then be able to login from our home page www.safeinstorepass.co.nz.

Please note that you can only use your Card Number and Access Key once. If you have already registered with your Card Number and Access Key, you will have been assigned a username and password, that will have been emailed to you.
