Problems logging in
If your password and Username are not working on the website then this could be due to a variety of factors.
Please make sure that you are logging in with the Existing Users Login here box at https://www.safeinstorepass.co.nz/
Please make sure that there are no spaces before or after your Username and Password (this can sometimes happen when copy and pasting) and that CAPS LOCK has been switched off You also may need to try manually typing as well as copy and pasting.
If you have had an older account your internet browser may also be recognising your older details if these were saved previously and automatically redirecting to you to a now invalid account. If this is the case, please try switching internet browsers or using Incognito mode if in Google Chrome
If nothing else works, either reset your password via the link at the bottom of this box or contact us at https://safeinstorepass.co.nz/public/home/contact/ with your full name or card ID and we can reset your password for you.
